All physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For ECU unlock and digital services:
Processing typically begins after payment confirmation and once all required vehicle data has been received from the customer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders within Germany and across Europe using reliable shipping carriers.

Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by MG AutoTech.

6. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, MG AutoTech is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Digital Services (Important)

ECU unlock, tuning, and other digital services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

After purchase, our team will contact you (usually via WhatsApp or email) to guide you through the next steps.

Delivery time for digital services depends on the specific service and customer response time.
